I agree to pay a one time fee of $900 to LA fete nannies & housekeeping Corp. membership fee for one year. The membership fee will allow us to place or replace employee for up to one year. Upon signing the contract there will be a payment of $450 by Zelle, Stripe or PayPal for the first installment. Once the employee is placed and the 2-week trial paid period is over, the remainder fee of $450 is to be paid. By signing this agreement both parties agree, that both parties have read this agreement and fully understand its contents and both parties understand that it is fully legal binding contract valid for one year as well as replacement of the employee in case of quitting the job without anyadditional fee.
